Hello, and welcome to our online booking page!

Please click the section below that corresponds to you to get started:

  • If you are brand new to Opportunity Barks and have never brought your dog here before, welcome, we are so happy you’re interested in our services!

    You can click here to be taken to our Customer Portal main page, where you’ll enter your email address and a password, then hit the “Sign Up” button. You’ll then be directed to a registration form, and once you fill that out, we’ll be in touch soon to discuss the next steps!

    (Before registering, please refer to our requirements on our Daycare or Boarding page to make sure your dog is eligible to come have fun with us!)

    If you’d prefer to use our app instead of your browser, you can find it here for iPhone users, or here for Android users, and you’ll enter the invite code "553477” to find our facility.

  • If you are a current client and this is your first time using our online software, we’re happy you’re giving our online booking a chance! We really hope you’ll enjoy making reservations this way.

    You can click here to be taken to our Customer Portal main page. You’ll enter your email address and a new password, then hit the Sign Up button. You’ll then be redirected to a registration form, and after filling that out, you’ll be able to book your appointments online from here on out!

    *If you receive a message saying you already have an account, it’s because we’ve already made one for you! If you’ve brought your dog to us recently (after October 2022), then we’ve done most of the work for you already :) All you have to do is hit “Reset Password,” create a new password, and then select “Login” after entering your new login info to access to your preexisting profile

  • If you are a current client and you used our old software, Appointment Plus, to book online, we’ll let you know how to proceed with our new software, Gingr! Old login information is no longer valid, so here are the steps to get started with GIngr:

    -If you have brought your dog for daycare or boarding recently (after October 2022), you likely already have a new account made for you! You can click here to be taken to our Customer Portal main page, and you’ll enter the email we have on file for you, then select “Reset Password.” After choosing a password, choose the “Login” button after entering your email and new password, and you should now have access to your preexisting account!

    *If you have not brought your dog to play or stay with us recently (before October 2022), then you can click here to be taken to our Customer Portal main page, and proceed by entering your email address and a new password, then hit the “Sign Up” button. You’ll then be redirected to a registration form, and after filling that out, you are now set to book online using our new software!
