Puppy Path Waiver

We are so excited to welcome you and your puppy to our Puppy Path! We look forward to helping your dog make new friends, learn some skills, and begin to lay a foundation for future success.

Whether you have a younger pup (10 weeks to 18 weeks old, the right age for our Training Wheels playgroups) or you have an older pup (19 weeks to 9 months, perfect age for our Learner’s Permit program), please fill out and submit the form below prior to your first visit, and then the fun can begin!
