We just wanted to tell you what fun Gibson had staying with you this week. It was wonderful to go away knowing that not only would he be well-cared for but that he would be loved and nurtured as well. The kids were so worried about being away from him but they have said many times to me that they can tell he had a good time with you! We had a great mini-vacation and it was even more fun because we knew Gibson was in the best of hands. Thank you for showering him with love and affection. You are the best!

I am still feeling inward smiles thinking of the sweet ways in which the five big dogs played together today at Sunday canine social hour. Just like dogs should play: happily, free, spontaneous, supervised but on their own, and to exhaustion! Thank goodness for OB, because I don't know where else Chuck would be getting this great socializing experience. Certainly not at the dog park!

My husband and I were thrilled to find such a first rate daycare/boarding facility so close to our Eugene home. Carol and Sonya's Opportunity Barks has everything to make a dog's away from home experience fantastic. They are completely hands on with the dogs during playtime and all the activities that they schedule for the dogs during the day.
We are so fortunate that these lovely ladies chose to open their business in Pleasant Hill.

I met a couple of wonderful women at the dog park a few months ago who are opening a daycare / boarding place for dogs. I have taken my dog there three times - to check it out, to play, and to board overnight. She loved it, and for the first time, I felt I didn't have to worry about whether she was safe, well cared for, and HAPPY while I was away. She mopes at home if she is left behind for a couple of hours, so I was concerned.
There was no need! Opportunity Barks, in Pleasant Hill is a great place, and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for an absolutely great place to board their dog while they are out of town.

Thank you so much for the great job you did of taking care of our animals during the Thanksgiving holiday. We are very particular who watches after our horses, goat, cats and dogs. You not only put our mind at ease that you would take great care of the "kids", but you went above and beyond while we were away. The extra treats and playtime you gave our pets, was more than we anticipated.
Our pets are like our children; we pamper them, love them and treat them as family. Your care was such that we knew you understand this. We can highly recommend your services to anyone who is looking for the best and wants to know their pets are safe and secure.

Trying to find a place to leave your pet when you're away can be one of the more difficult--and nerve racking--things any pet owner has to consider. I was AMAZED at the quality attention, care, and genuine love that both Carol and Sonya showed my german shepherd, Keiler, while I was away. They clearly went above and beyond to make my dog feel at home even while I was away.
The extent that both Carol and Sonya put into their jobs could not have been more evident than on the day I came back to pick up my dog. Seeing the attachment they both had with Keiler reassured me even further that there was no one else I could possibly have left with the charge of caring for my dog.
If you're looking for a place where you can be certain that your animals will be well treated and in the best hands possible, look no further than Opportunity Barks.
